USE OF THE SERVICE
Terms of use
Effective date: 8 October 2026. This internal tool is for the operator and authorized remote employees, not an open public commercial service.

1. Purpose and authorization
Xee Services supports centrally managed website-session access for enrolled users. Use it only where you have permission to access and share the relevant account and data. These terms do not override a website provider’s terms, licenses, access restrictions or applicable law.
2. Administrator responsibilities
Administrators are responsible for the legitimacy of shared sessions, intended recipients, access duration, trusted-device configuration and appropriate user notices and consent. Do not share unrelated personal data or another person’s credentials without authority.
3. Client responsibilities
Recipients must use assignments only within the granted authority. Do not redistribute session material, evade access controls or misuse another person’s account. Protect the device and browser profile containing assigned session data.
4. Privacy and account data
Session cookies and website storage are sensitive and may expose account content. Read the privacy policy before use. Clearing an assigned session does not necessarily revoke every token at the original website; use its security controls where needed.
5. Connectivity and access
Delivery and remote controls depend on connectivity. Unreachable clients may apply pending changes only after reconnecting. No promise is made of uninterrupted operation, immediate offline remote revocation or universal compatibility with websites, proxies or VPNs.
6. Third-party services
Chrome, hosting providers, configured proxy providers and websites have their own terms. Xee Services does not grant a right to bypass their security or access requirements.
7. Support and changes
For access, privacy or support questions, contact info@laxee.xyz. The operator should give notice of material changes and obtain any additional consent required before changed processing begins. Applicable legal rights are not excluded by these terms.
